I was there this morning from 9:00-10:20 am, and was unable to re-locate
this bird. For those who may still be mystified about location, I can
add that the school and community garden are at the end of Glacier Drive
(Thomas Bros. map, p.591, J-1). Species seen/heard include: Mallard,
Turkey Vulture, Red-tailed Hawk, Great Egret, Killdeer, Mourning Dove,
Pacific-slope Flycatcher, Anna's Hummingbird, Belted Kingfisher,
Nuttall's Woodpecker, Western Scrub-Jay, Barn Swallow, Oak Titmouse,
Bushtit, Black-headed Grosbeak, California Towhee, Lesser Goldfinch,
    House Sparrow.
